Information
Retreats are held in silence to maintain an appropriate atmosphere.
On this page, you will find additional information on what to bring to the retreat, how to get there, and an example of the schedule.
Plan your visit
Remember to take on your trip:
Personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste as well as sunscreen and insect repellent for the skin.
If possible, take a small bottle of water for your personal use, avoiding the use of disposable cups.
Warm clothing is also necessary, as it tends to get cold at night.
Caps or hats are useful for longer walks.
The retreat provides a set of bed linen and towels, a blanket and a pillow per person.
In times of strong sun or rain, it is advisable to bring an umbrella or parasol.
Important:
As is the case with other SRF retreats, we ask for your cooperation in maintaining an appropriate atmosphere for a spiritual retreat. Please wear modest and comfortable clothing. Long pants, shirts or blouses with sleeves, long skirts or dresses, and closed-toe shoes are recommended. If you wear leggings , you should wear long blouses or t-shirts. Avoid wearing perfume or nylon or tactel clothing, which makes noise when you move.
