If the registrant needs to cancel their registration, the registration fee will be fully refunded if the request is made up to 7 days before the retreat start date.

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the retreat, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be made, due to the costs generated by the retreat to provide for the registrant's stay.
