The retreats have accommodation in suites or chalets, include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (fruit, biscuits and teas) in the dining room for those who wish throughout the day.

The program consists of inspirational services, meditations, kirtans (devotional chants), lectures given by monks from the Self-Realization Fellowship and pilgrimages.
